Letter from London

Noggins' Book Store,
December eleventh.
 In answer to yours of the twenty-seventh, 
We're sorry to say we've a bit of a mess
 Back in the sixpence-book recess.
No great damage was done to the store,
 Only a bomb went through the floor
. If you could' call in a week or two,
 There'll be some books on sale, a few.
