Where does laughter go

Do they allow laughter in heaven?
Not polite laughter, walking on tip-toes,
Tripping out of corners, a dainty child,
Leaving behind the petals of a rose.
I mean the noisy laughter, loud and shrill,
Striding upon its heels, from place to place,
The giggly kind, that rises to a shriek,
Then looks around the room and hides its face.
I fear their lack of dignity would mar
The cool, white halls of heaven, and if so,
(Since laughter has no place in hell), then where
Will yours and mine and others have to go?
